A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to our JA1, JC2, JC3, JC4 and JC5 teams, who won their respective Grand Finals on Saturday. What a fantastic result for your Club, and teams, coaches, players and supporters!
Commiserations go to our 19(2), 17(7), JA4, JB1, JB4, JC1, JD1, JD2, JE2 and JE7 teams who lost their respective Grand Finals. However, it was a great achievement to reach the Grand Finals and all our teams performed most creditably on the day.
We would like to make special mention to our victorious JA1 team, which became the first Tingara team to win the top junior grade premiership since 1996 – 18 years ago! A further special mention must be made of the team’s Goal Shooter, Joely Patterson, who won the prestigious “Most Valuable Player” award for the JA1 Grand final. Great effort girls!
We look forward to soon seeing the Tingara JA1 team’s photo on the FNA home website! A photo of the winning JA1 team, and their proud coach Louise Henley, is included at the end of the full Report which is on the team website.
A big thank you to all our Tingara members and supporters who made a huge effort to get down to Gibson Park and loudly and proudly supported our 15 teams in action.
We hope to see as many members and families as possible at the various Tingara windups in the next few days.
